To reach the target to build Sam Son into a sea urban area, the locality's administration is now carrying out the urbanisation plan with areas reserved for administration centre, trade and service centre and entertainment centre.

Under the plan, a big supermarket will be built to meet the tourists consume demands. Culinary centres will also be built in the town's centre as well as in the Quang Cu ecological tourism area.

Recently, the town has invested VND 10 billion to improve streets and lanes to the sea. The town also calls for more investment in building entertainment area, Ho Xuan Huong walking street and park.

Apart from planning and infrastructure, Sam Son is now building a friendly and civilised lifestyle in tourism activities. Training is also provided to hotels' staff so that they can improve their tourism skill to better serve customers.
